Chase Tower is a 55-m (738Ã, ft), 55-story skyscraper on 2200 Ross Avenue in downtown Dallas, Texas. Although it is the fourth tallest skyscraper in town, if someone excludes an antenna and tower, it will be the third. It is also the 12th tallest building in Texas. The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & amp; Merrill and completed in 1987. The building also houses the Dallas Petroleum Club, a business and social club located on floors 39 and 40.
The building is famous for its unique architecture that includes curved glass tops and a six-story hole in the center of the building near the top and is dubbed the "Keyhole Building" by some.

When Ion Storm is present, its headquarters are located in Suite 4500, 22,000 square feet (2,000 m) in a penthouse suite on the 54th floor, upstairs, tower. Lisa Chadderdon of Fast Company said that the penthouse location was "unusual". During the first ten years after the construction of JPMorgan Chase Tower, the penthouse location was no longer available.
Hines REIT purchased the building in 2007 by naming Hines Interests Limited Partnership, property manager.
The ONO company Oalk plans to move its employees to the Chase Tower from Las Colinas, Irving in 2008.
Deloitte LLP has an office in the tower that has 950 employees by the end of 2009. In early 2009, Deloitte announced that it plans to consolidate its Downtown operations and operations in Irving, Texas. Initially, there would be a profit of millions of dollars for Deloitte if it moved to Irving. The city of Dallas proposes an economic grant for Deloitte if it decides to live in Downtown Dallas. Therefore, Deloitte agreed to extend his contract in the tower for fifteen years, beginning in 2011. Deloitte will have at least 1,111 employees at the JPMorgan Chase Tower.
In 2015 and 2016 renovations are made to many public areas including the main lobby and the mezzanine floor of the building. Lighting and upgrading of furniture is included along with overhauling the existing department store and Starbucks coffee shop. The executive conference center is added on the 40th floor and the video conferencing center is added at level 38.
The Rotunda located on the northern square of the property was renovated as an exclusive fitness center for Chase Tower tenants. These include cardio, free weight loss and circuit training equipment as well as a studio center for group fitness and rotating classroom exercises. Male and female changing rooms with full shower facilities and day lockers that we add at lower levels of rotunda. Tenants may also choose an executive locker that provides full-time lockers from larger lockers, dressing rooms and executive lounge. The fitness center is equipped with full-time managers and porters Monday through Friday.
The 40th floor Sky Lobby at the base of the "keyhole" contains a little-known observation area that is no longer publicly available.
The current owner/management, Fortis Property Group LLC acquired this building in August 2016.
