These countries are: Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, St. St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Lucia Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago. CARICOM members who have not issued public passports are Bahamas, Haitians, and Montserrat. Since Montserrat is Britain's Foreign Territory, Montserrat citizens became full-fledged citizens of the United Kingdom in 2002, so that public passports are unlikely to be introduced to them.
