Sydney Place in Bathwick area Bath, Somerset, England was built around 1800. Many properties are listed buildings.
Numbers 1 through 12 were planned by Thomas Baldwin around 1795. The 3-story building has a mansard roof. Jane Austen lives at Number 4 from 1801 to 1805.
The 3-storey houses on numbers 93 through 103 were designed by older John Pinch in 1808. Queen Charlotte lived in 93 in 1817, and William IV lives in number 103.
The Holburne Art Museum was originally designed as a Sydney Hotel, and was built by Charles Harcourt Masters in 1795-6. Located within Sydney Pleasure Gardens stretching from the road to Kennet and Avon Canal.
