C.S.M. Paul B. Huff Medal of Honor Memorial Parkway , better known as Paul B. Huff Parkway or Paul Huff Parkway , is the main east-west highway that crosses North Cleveland, Tennessee. Although not a numbered highway, it serves as a link between US Route 11 (US 11) and State Route 60 (SR 60) and Interstate 75 (I-75), managed by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), and has become one the most frequently traveled and widely used street in the city, with many private companies and businesses finding it. The street is named in honor of Paul B. Huff, a Cleveland-born Medal of Honor recipient for his actions in World War II.

Route description
Paul Huff Parkway starts at the intersection with SR 60 (Georgetown Street) in the northwest part of the city. An unofficial extension of the road is about 1 / 8 mi (0.20 km) to the west of the intersection. Then immediately cross the Candies Creek Ridge as an undivided four lane road. After crossing the ridge it comes to the junction with Frontage Road/Adkisson Drive, where the center line (turn) begins. Adkisson is connected to Cleveland State Community College. About 0.2 km (0.32 km) then the road comes to the junction with the I-75. After that the road entered the large corporate and business area coming to the intersection with Peerless Road, and then Mouse Creek Road about 0.25 miles (0.40 km) later, an alternative route to Charleston. The road is then bypassed by E.L. Ross Elementary School and a shopping mall across the street, came to the intersection with the Freedom Parkway about 0.1 miles (0.16 km) later. The road then passes through a fire station and ambulance and crosses South Mouse Creek and the Cleveland/Bradley County Greenway. Climbing to the top of a small ridge, the road comes to an intersection with an untitled connector road to Bradley Square Mall and Hickory Grove Shopping Center and Walmart on the opposite side of the road. About 0.25 miles (0.40 km) then the road comes to the intersection with US 11/SR 2, where it ends and continues east as Stuart Road.

History
The road first planned a connecting road between the interstate and industrial parks in the northeastern part of the city. A project that preceded the Parkway was the construction of Stuart Road between North Lee Highway and Urbane Road/Old Tasso Road in the mid-1970s, and an extension to Dry Valley Road/Michigan Avenue Road in 1982. Many residents in the area opposed the construction of the Parkway, as they feel it will bring undesirable commercial progress, which eventually happens.
The first section, between Tikus Creek Road and Adkisson Drive/Frontage Road was built between 1986 and 1987. Parts of this section replaced two lane roads that stretched from the Adkisson Drive/Frontage Road junction below I-75 to the now crossroads with Peerless Road. At the same time, an exchange with I-75 was built. Parkway was extended to North Lee Highway starting in 1987, and opened and dedicated to honoring Sgt. Paul B. Huff on Veterans Day, November 11, 1988. Between late 1988 and 1990 the road was extended over Candies Creek Ridge. The project was very laborious, requiring a work crew to blow up and move tons of soil and rocks, and stabilize the sides of the ridge between roads, and was initially unplanned.
After the opening of Bradley Square Mall in 1991, Parkway experienced a boom in commercial development from the late 1990s to the mid-2000s. These include several strip malls including Hickory Grove Shopping Center as well as shops such as Lowe's, The Home Depot, Publix, and several restaurants and hotels.
In 2015, a short extension of the road was built in the west of SR 60.
